I spent about 4 to 5 hours cleaning this box yesterday, probably 90 minutes just getting the double sided tape adhesives off the wood top and the box itself, the wood top is slightly warp after so many years, so the top will remain flipped down, the bottom will work just fine, it just does not have the rounded corners like it does compared to the top side.
Most of these tools I will not use, like the previous owner, so they might find themselves in a garage sale.

Craftsman USA made stuff. 10mm nut driver in there...
All USA made, except for the top left set.
T & D 14mm by 1.5 is a good one to have.
Lots of fuses, I shouldn’t have to buy any for a long while.
pulled all the liners, used the shop vac then used some degrease wipes on everything.

Those little SnapOn wrenches are probably worth a few bucks!

I will be keeping those, I don’t use micro (in standard) wrenches often but I didn’t have a small offset set like that before.
