You know the hacker/thief is good when he figures how to still make charges on a card that been shut down and cut up days prior to him or her using it....
The "Senior Fraud Manager" I spent 30 minutes on the phone with today is also puzzled and that does not make me feel confident. I asked how I am still getting charges from a card that's been canceled and she could not give me an answer besides "that should not be possible" and "I do not know how that's happening".
I was nice and just informed her that if it keeps happening and I need to keep calling them every three days due to additional fraudulent charges I'm simply shutting down the account.
IDK what it is with hackers in TX shopping at Michael's but this is not the first time they shopped there
