I got caught behind this "tractor" taking a backroad into town. I thought it would be an old max-DUI guy but it looked like some kid maybe early 20s. There are still fair odds he is a max DUI case. The ear muffs almost got him ran over; I had to get right behind him and lay on the horn to get his attention to pull over so I could safely pass.
