[Taco Loco]

This crazy woman lives in my neighborhood and is trying to get a new car. Meanwhile many of us in the neighborhood drove past her husband immediately afterwards and did not see the car go into the ditch or damage itself. The car went into a parking lot by the mailboxes and parked. Now she is trying to get people to join her in a lawsuit against the subdivision because of road hazards.

No way in hell. I've had several tire failures/blow outs. Just recently, I had some debris hit the sidewall of the trailer tire, the back county roads are narrow and you can't leave the blacktop cause of shoulder drop offs. Anyways the trailer was fully loaded with 14K to 15k lbs.
Probably hit something the size of 1/2in or less, but the sidewall split almost to a 4in gash. And of course I recorded video of my tire swap.

Oh it is becoming a proper shit show. The story has changed a few times to now the bottom of the Mazda ran up on the concrete culvert and ripped out the bottom of the car damaging the frame. The culvert this afternoon showed zero signs of damage. She is also not interested in getting a copy of the video from the cameras at the subdivision gate house. How bizarre.....

Apparently one of the neighbors in the subdivision works for Goodyear and was a tire claim investigator for a number of years. He flat out said that when the insurance company brings that tire to the tire company it will get rejected. The tire and story do not match. She told him he did not know what he was talking about and that the insurance company would not try to go after the tire company for the totaled car value. LMAO
