Yep his property is essentially carved out of the side of a mountain. Dude loves to work, that's for sure!

His shop is close to where I'm looking for land. NY only sucks because it's attached to NYC ~ if you wiped NYC off the map or donated it to NJ the rest of the state is pretty cool.
Same thing for NJ.... most of NJ is cool, but the city and surrounding city suburbs kill it.

Lord knows I can't shoot and drink at campgrounds in NJ, but I sure as hell can in NY. Top it off and throw a quad or side X side into the mix because I could legally drive on paved roads in one to go shoot and drink (responsibly of course).
