I'm literally across the street from Campus. The apartments etc for the students are on three sides of my hotel (no, none are "Texas" good looking) and I assume the few decent one's are from out of state
Yeah, too close to a college. Sadly that is an issue in every state. Just some states are more tolerable than others.
