I could have used one of those bracelets the other day. Went fishing and realized I didn't have a stringer. Could have rigged something up. Oh well guess I'll go order one.

I was in REI today and noticed they sell them there.. not the exact same, but damn close. plastic buckle, solid colors, black/tan/brown/green.. a little bulkier.

I have a good selection of lightweight gear, but I tend to overpack. I need to practice the word 'restraint' when I pack. LOL

Check out Terra Nova for lightweight camping gear. You can get a tent/sleeping bag AND backpack... total combined weight.. 2 pounds 2 ounces. !!

But more realistically I like the Nemo tents, no poles, air chambers for poles. Very lightweight.. plus their air mats are super nice as well. Add a nice Mountain Hardware bag, I have a 35 degree MH bag that rolls up smaller than a nerf football.

I have this stove for lightweight, downside is that is uses Coleman Max fuel and they stopped making it. You can find it, and its usually on sale. They also sell an adapter to allow it to use standard stove fuel. http://www.amazon.com/Coleman-Exponent-Xpedition-Two-Burner-Backpacker/dp/B0009VC7T2

But you could put it all in a small duffel and strap it on the flatbed. Very cool!

Got my strap today, pretty damn cool. only thing that would make it cooler would have been if they would have gotten my order right. I ordered two tone brown/tan with a shackel closer, what I got was black on black with a plastic snap closer. Just finished shooting them a e-mail.

New one to my specs is on the way no extra charge and I get to keep the first one they sent me.
