Hell yeah they do! They actually have a pretty wide range of selection there too. Not bad prices either. (obviously, it's walmart)
Hell yeah! Their 40ozs and 24ozs are cheap as hell too. A 40oz is just under 3 bucks there.

I'm sure they still have drive through liquor stores too. When I was going to school there, and the washes would flood causing backed up lines to get across the bridge, we would by a case of beer, put them in a cooler and sell them for $2 each. Would get us plenty of drinking money for the weekend and them some!

yep we still have drive-thru liquor stores here in AZ too
there's actually one within 2 miles of my house. That's a brilliant idea for the bridge! Traffic is a nightmare on it usually
