Figured I would start an AR specific thread so hopefully sort the AR stuff from the Just Guns thread. It is getting harder and harder to find the good stuff in there. So to kick off this one off -

I finally installed my ambidextrous selector switch from Palmetto State Armory in my 2 ARs. I did not really have an ambi switch on my parts list but PSA put them and the extended latch charging handles on a real good sale in December and I could not help myself.

Standard AR setup - milspec latch and selector.

Extended latch and ambi switch installed - the latch feels great and catches real easy. The ambi switch is nice and will aid in weak-hand training.

Next will be a lighter free float rail for the SBR. The standard quad rail and suppressor is a little front end heavy. I really want to try an at-home cerakoting kit to contrast all the small pieces either OD Green or coyote brown.

I really like the Midwest Industries rail I have on my 16" upper. I just do not like the price. Right now I am probably going to just wait until I see one I like on sale.
