My bought not built order starts today & check goes in the mail tomorrow. Feel like a giddy kid that just got a new toy and I'm 2 months out

Their website has some bugs so if I hadn't called today the order could of been in purgatory for some time. Calling and talking to JP is the best regardless of what their website says and that's per one of the pro's.

I could care less about their website - that's not why I'm going to them. Most of the specialty fabricators I deal with in my day job don't even have websites and I'm fine with that as well. I'd rather they focus on quality under their roof vs web bs anyhow. Heck one of my specialty sheet metal fabricators only accepts orders via fax. They don't even have computers. Just sheers, breaks, rollers, and welders.......+ about 10 old TV's playing 80's porn non stop in the shop.

Ordered a V Seven upper this morning for the JP 6.5 Grendel barrel. If it does not shoot 1 MOA or better after this I am chopping the fucking thing down to an SBR and making it a bullet hose.

Made good use of the dedicated workbench today to setup the VSeven upper receiver. Don't listen to @Anathollo about VSeven. This is my first one and not going to be my last. I will have to see about a lower at some point too. For now the VSeven upper is going to be mated up to the JP 6.5 Grendel barrel to see if this thing will shoot moa yet. I did swap out the JP adjustable gas block for a simple low profile light weight Faxon gas block. They are not sexy but they work. Now to see when I get get to the range.

As for the workbench; I already have a set of SAE and metric wrenches, gunsmith punches, and an armorer's torque wrench. Now to keep an eye out for a nice set of allen wrenches for it as well.
