Damn Todd, they look AWESOME! The look just like the ones I am using, only.. more solid! When you gonna mount them and test them!!?? PS- i got a project for ya.. :)

Its kinda hard to "customize" sliders, they look the same as a purchased set and they where not too hard to build. I did however use 1-1/2" tubing rather than 1-3/4" like most other manufacturers, I didn't want to spend another 150.00 on another bending die and I already had the 1-1/2" material. Strength will still be there and hell, it gave me 1/4" more clearance!

You need to come out to BVORR on Sundays, we just talked about ya yesterday. (check out the BS thread, I got pics from getting stuck, it sucked)

I just now read this.. damn it! Let me mount that damn rear bumper and then I will come see ya. I have been camping with scouts, and the family every weekend. I want to go back the BVORR bad.

Got the topper on. Painted it satin black with single stage urethane paint.

I think he is using one of those benders from harbor freight, or at least that is what keith took him back when he was building those.
