Only problem is I like the cold & snow. Think Ill be going north. NY has some of the cheapest forested waterfront land in the lower 48. Issue is no one wants to lend money for land without tacking a 8% rate to it and I don't want to be tied into building a house on the property for a lower rate construction loan. I can work from home, just need to find company willing to pay me to do so.

Not really, maybe one white and one yellow if that's possible. If not, yeller is fine I have a yeller on the tacoma but need one for the 4runner.

Easy solution, just pay in cash and don't involve no loan shark. This state certainly is full of tards, I'd like to think I'm somewhere between tard and normal.

4Runner is dirty but this is a decent pic on my way to work today. I was about 10-13' back. I am picking up envelopes today so they should get into the mail no later than Thursday.

All requested stickers are in their envelopes and ready to be mailed off in the morning. Everyone should have their stickers at the slowest within 4-5 days. I would expect most of the Texas guys will have them in 2-3 USPS days.
