I need to also do some chopping. Not sure I could make it down for this outting. Post pictures, and how to's, and maybe I could get it done here.

Has anyone ever thought about putting a bumpstop on the back of the wheel, to limit turning. This would stop the tire from hitting the frame. Would limit turning, but that is already limited by the frame. I'm not sure of the correct terminology. Stick something on the back, that when the wheel meeets a point, it is stopped. Not allowed to run into the frame.

Its not that simple. It would have to allow for turning but not for turning and flex. Easier to just cut the mount and call it a day.

Sweet, I'm there!

Ditto!

I think I'm going to head to Colorado Bend park, or something close to San Saba, and camp on Friday. This way I'm not trying to get up and drive 2.5 hours Saturday morning.

Although Colorado Bend is almost an hour away! Just looked it up, much more than I thought. Time to find something a little closer maybe.

This place is only 17 miles from San Saba and only $6 a night to camp. http://www.bendtexas.com/pricing.htm

I just thought....I forgot to drain water filter on the camper. I hope it didn't freeze and crack again :(
I'm going up to storage and check on it like yesterday, come March time frame and all the RVers are buying up the local supply's.

Just a reminder for anyone else.....

It looks like its going to freeze again over night starting Thursday this week. Next year I'm going to stuff towels all around the pump and lines and remove the filter housing.
