I need to pack lunch the day prior. Every time I rush in the am I pack the same crap. Got two servings of fruit, one yogurt, and one snack pack and all are full of sugar. Still gotta be better than fast food but not much else I suspect.
Edit - yep they contain 89% of the recommended daily intake of sugar for a 2,ooo cal diet. At least it's all real sugar (no added sugar for the fruit and yogurt) not that corn syrup crap
