+1 for electronic door locks. I wish I had installed one years ago when @SecretSquirrel first introduced me to them at his house. I have not carried a house key in a while now.
x1000. I love not having a house key.

Got the pantry finished today. Also hung up a shelf with a rod in the garage for hanging clothes. Started a project for the fucking cats and their shit box. Cut a hole in a closet that the box will go in so they can get into the closet from the hallway, and the shit box stays in the closet.

Clean out the joint as best you can, then stuff a backer rod in so it'll save a ton of caulk: Sika 3/4 in. x 20 ft. Closed Cell Backer Rod, Expansion Joint Polyethylene Foam 108130 - The Home Depot

Then use this Sika self leveling caulk: Sika 10.1 fl. oz. Sikaflex Self-Leveling Horizontal Joint Elastic Polyurethane Sealant in Gray 7116070 - The Home Depot

There is no shortcut for this fix unfortunately. This is the longest lasting method but you'll have to redo in ~10 years again or sooner in high traffic areas.
Had to search for this advice since my new place needs some help in this department. I remember something being posted about it and here it is. Amazon has the backing for a much better price than HD.

We have decided to complely tear out one section of our driveway and redo it with a front patio and adding drainage(the drainage is the most important part). We talk to the accountants in October so we'll see if we have the money to do it this year.

Sorry for the poor explanation. I've been drinking since sunrise. 😁

We had a fairly large group of storms roll through last weekend and I lost another big section of my maple tree.

After looking closer the tree is on its way out, there are mushrooms growing on it and after cutting up the fallen branch was rotted out pretty good, not sure I want to cut this down rest of the way or wait for it to fall over, the remaining branches are huge and it would be alot of work to cut down. Took me about 3 hours to cut up just this one branch today.

I lost the big oak tree in the middle of my yard a few years ago. I'll take the dead leaves etc over not having it.
