Got the OME springs on. Had an issue, the centering pin for the OME rear springs caused the axle to move forward thus pushing the tire into the front side of the fender well under hard articulation. I fixed the problem by drilling new holes in the spring perch to move the axle back to the stock position. Not sure if this was the best solution but it worked, also not sure why the centering pin is in a different location compared to the stockers. Also, have a slight lean towards the drivers side, guess its known as the "Taco lean"? Anybody know if the rear springs are right/left specific? I didn't see anything that would indicate that.
Other than the few issues the ride is way better as well as the articulation, really happy with the turnout. Wheeled Sat night and the truck is way more stable than it was. Overall I gained 2 inches over what I was at, not sure how much over the stock hieght I am, guessing around 3-1/2" - 4". I also no longer have rubbing issues on the front.
Downside is travel (extension) is now limited by the shocks (5100s), not bad but could go with longer shocks.
