New tool day. Picked up the newest M12 right angle die grinder. I also ordered some carbide bits for it but they are coming on a slow boat. To replace my non-Fuel M18 vac I got the Fuel version. My old one still works but it only has one latch and it has a crack in it. They used to sell replacement latches but seems they are discontinued. Also grabbed all the various attachments for the vac. Got lucky and they were all about 50% off.

How do you like that M12 angle grinder? Have you used it yet?

I have not used it yet. But it seems nice, saw some reviews on it and it has more power than the previous version.

Not a fan of how tall it is so the pack out will just hold the accessories and not be stacked on top of the vacuum.

Small packouts yes, not the big set. I do not do contractor work anymore so I do not have to move tools on that scale. Plus the new motorcycle is blowing through the slush fund for a while. Hopefully I get some recovery time after the deliveries today. I still have parts waiting on other deliveries to be installed.

Bought a NOCO Genius1 after getting a dead battery on the boat. It didn't come with instructions, so I watched a few YT videos and realized that the Genius1 has an atrociously long charge time for any normal sized battery. The first video I watched the guy said it took over 2 days to charge a lawn mower battery. Gonna return it to Amazon and ordered a Genius5.

Here, I found a reason. You can build this.

I have the Genius 5 x2 for the Taco. One of the outputs is set for LiPo and it connects to the rear batteries and the other output is set to AGM and its hooked into the front battery. I've had it a for 4 years and its going strong. <knock on wood> I have two of these in the dash, its really too bad they don't sell them anymore. But the Gen 5 x2 just sits on the floor with its two leads plugged into these things, extension cord out the window to a cord reel hanging from the ceiling.

Initially I used this Noco GenPro 10, and it still works. Fits snuggly into one of those rear cubbies that aren't good for shit. But it gives the same current to both battery banks so I don't use it often. More of a backup.

Got the tool back and per the repair sheet, they replaced the back cover and rotor assembly at no cost to me.
Well I gave her all the way on a lower shock bolt and now I have to slap the back of the cap to get it to work again AND it's starting to smell like burning chinesium as well lol

But this is supposed to be a big dog impact... I really love the power it puts out in the small form factor. It's freaking sweet. Just wish it would stop breaking lol

I know, I have the same one but have not submitted it to much abuse. I do have 3 of the 1/2" big dogs and one took a shit many years ago. I never sent it in for warranty, just replaced it. Hindsight I should have sent it in.

Well this one was sent in and it didn't last lol so maybe it wasn't worth your time.

I have the massive 1/2" 20V DeWalt one but it's a heavy sumbitch and big. But damn she's got insane torque.

I gave my really old 20V 1/2" & 3/8" impact to my nephew for him to use as he only needs em occasionally.
